All posing photos are taken during your division run at the clinic. Prebook by Friday at 9 PM before the clinic. Day-of purchases are $10 more per package. Photos only.

    Send the form. I confirm the date, gym and deposit.

  3. Prep

    You get a short prep guide: outfits, timing, pump, what to bring.

  4. Shoot

    We work through your outfits and gym areas while you are full.

  5. Gallery

    Edited photos delivered to an online gallery.

Behind the camera

Adam Solis

Solis means "of the sun." The steel part is the training.

I compete in bodybuilding and coach athletes through prep. Photography grew out of the same rooms: backstage, posing practice, the gym floor. I shoot the way I would want to be shot, quick and calm, with the frames that actually show your work.

Based in San Tan Valley. I shoot across the Phoenix metro and at shows around Arizona.

FAQ

Questions

Can we shoot at my gym?

Usually, yes. Get the owner's OK or send me their contact and I will ask. Gym days run at gyms that have already said yes, so you skip that step.

Do you use flash or studio lights?

No. I shoot with natural and gym light only. For darker gyms we book a time when daylight comes through the windows or bay doors.

When should I book around prep?

For a stage-ready look, book in your last week or two before the show, or right after. For progress shoots, any point in the season works. Tell me how many weeks out you are and I will suggest timing.

Can I use the photos in ads?

Photos are licensed for personal social media and websites for 12 months. Need them for ads or print? Ask and I'll quote it.

Do you cover any show?

Only shows that allow outside photographers. I confirm with the promoter before taking a Stage Day booking.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere in the Phoenix metro is standard. Shows elsewhere in Arizona are quoted with travel.
